Here at the North Carolina Symphony Society, we are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our team. As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in furthering our mission to enrich and unite North Carolina communities through music and education.

Your Role:

Plan and execute various outreach programs and events to connect with diverse community groups
Collaborate with local schools, nonprofits, and government agencies to develop educational initiatives
Build and maintain partnerships to support the Symphony's community engagement efforts
Oversee volunteer programs and coordinate engagement-related logistics
Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated experience in community engagement or outreach
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for music and community development
