RAC Western Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Culture and Talent Specialist. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and identifying and nurturing talent to drive our company forward.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our company culture and promote a positive work environment
- Lead and manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top-tier candidates
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to address them
- Provide guidance and support to employees on performance management and career development
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the company's HR processes and programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Western Australia
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
