RAC Western Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Culture and Talent Specialist. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and identifying and nurturing talent to drive our company forward.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance our company culture and promote a positive work environment
Lead and manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top-tier candidates
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to address them
Provide guidance and support to employees on performance management and career development
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the company's HR processes and programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or a similar role
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Western Australia
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
