RAC Western Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Culture and Talent Specialist. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and identifying and nurturing talent to drive our company forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our company culture and promote a positive work environment
  • Lead and manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top-tier candidates
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to address them
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on performance management and career development
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the company's HR processes and programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Western Australia
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
