Key Responsibilities:

Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Evaluating and enhancing our current recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to drive the hiring process forward.

Requirements:

A proven track record in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other relevant HR software.
A passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
