We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team at Northern Territory Airports as a Community Relations Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders in the local community and working closely with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and foster positive relationships
Act as the primary liaison between the organization and local government bodies, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a collaborative environment
Represent the company at community events, meetings, and public forums
Collaborate with non-profit organizations to support community initiatives and sustainable development programs
Advocate for the company's mission, values, and contributions to the local community

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in community relations or stakeholder management, preferably within the government or non-profit sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of local community dynamics and government processes
Ability to develop and execute community outreach programs and initiatives
