Job Overview:

Develop and implement empowerment programs that benefit local communities
Cultivate partnerships with local government and non-profit organizations to support our initiatives
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing empowerment projects and propose improvements
Conduct research to identify new opportunities for community development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in project management or community development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
A passion for driving positive change in local communities
