Position: Community Advocacy Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with various community organizations and leaders.
Advocate for policy changes through persuasive communication and strategic partnerships.
Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and outreach programs.
Research and analyze social justice issues affecting diverse communities.
Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute advocacy initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related field.
Proven experience in community organizing, social advocacy, or related roles.
Strong understanding of social justice issues and their impact on marginalized communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
