Ajaccio Community Theater Seeks a Project Development Specialist
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Project Development Specialist. If you are passionate about designing, planning, and overseeing the development of projects that will contribute to our vibrant community and have a keen eye for innovative solutions, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for new projects to enhance our facilities and expand our community outreach
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to design and plan construction initiatives
- Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Evaluate and present development proposals to the management team
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in managing development projects from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
