Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support government and nonprofit organizations
Manage and oversee complex programs and projects from initiation to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of programs
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and funding opportunities
Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes
Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the public sector
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale initiatives
Strong understanding of government and nonprofit operations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
