HollyFrontier Corporation is a leading energy company in Pennsylvania, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for the public sector. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager - Public Sector Initiatives to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support government and nonprofit organizations
- Manage and oversee complex programs and projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of programs
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and funding opportunities
- Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the public sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale initiatives
- Strong understanding of government and nonprofit operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
