Position available: Quality and Research Development Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the quality management system, utilizing your expertise to ensure product safety, compliance, and efficacy. Additionally, you will lead research and development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative products that meet consumer needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead research and development projects, oversee product testing, and facilitate product enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and launch
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products and processes through innovation and research
Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory changes
Provide technical support and expertise in quality and product development

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
Proven experience in quality management and research and development within the beauty/healthcare industry
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English and Italian
