In this role, you will be responsible for driving our property development projects, working with a dynamic team to bring innovative and sustainable real estate solutions to life. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to drive property development projects from conception to completion.
Identifying prime real estate opportunities for development and investment.
Conducting market research and analysis to inform development strategies.
Leading negotiations and partnerships with stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Ensuring that all projects adhere to regulatory standards and sustainability objectives.
Contributing to the overall growth and innovation of our property portfolio.
