Position: Innovation Architect
Job Description:
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative construction projects that integrate sustainable practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions for complex architectural challenges.
- Research and evaluate emerging trends, materials, and technologies in the construction industry.
- Provide expert guidance on sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, and environmental impact.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Deep understanding of sustainable design principles and green building certifications.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
