Position Available: Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with local communities and governmental organizations to foster strong partnerships and support initiatives that benefit the public at large.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local government entities and nonprofit organizations to identify community needs
Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with local residents
Coordinate volunteer efforts and community service projects
Evaluate the impact of community engagement initiatives and report findings
Advocate for policies that positively impact Tennessee communities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Sociology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
