Overview:

Kraus Elektrotechnik GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent to further strengthen our workforce and contribute to the continued success of our organization in the dynamic Baden-Württemberg area.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
Evaluate and optimize recruiting procedures and tools to enhance the overall recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and external recruiting partners.
Utilize innovative methods to enhance the employer brand and attract diverse talent.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and engage talent.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and meet demanding deadlines.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Experience in the electrical engineering industry is a plus.
