Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies aligned with the company's objectives
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective job descriptions
Utilize innovative methods to attract top-tier talent, including social media, networking, and industry events
Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the aviation or hospitality industry
