Project Development Manager Position at Wright State University
Wright State University is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our growing team in the oversight of our campus development projects. As a Project Development Manager, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and delivery of various real estate and campus construction initiatives, ensuring that our diverse and inclusive community's needs are met.
Your Role:
- Lead and manage campus development projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects align with our commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external contractors and vendors
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate sector
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices within construction and real estate development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
