As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier professionals who can drive our company's continued success in the competitive landscape of Bavaria.

Your Role:

Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure proactive recruitment efforts
Source, screen, and engage with top-tier talent through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to gauge candidate suitability and cultural fit
Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Oversee the negotiation and closing of employment offers
Continuously optimize and improve recruitment processes to elevate our talent acquisition capabilities

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Expertise in utilizing modern recruitment technologies and platforms to identify top talent
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in both German and English
