Position Available: Talent Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop content that aligns with organizational goals.
Implement performance management strategies and support talent development initiatives.
Assess training effectiveness using various evaluation methods and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Prior experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
