Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify those who best align with our company values and culture
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure efficient hiring processes
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling job postings and employer branding materials
Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, career fairs, and professional networks
Engage passive candidates through networking and relationship-building
Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative sourcing strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
High level of professionalism and integrity
