Job Opening:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Lifestyle Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Lifestyle Communications Specialist, your primary focus will be to enhance communication channels for our diverse range of stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and the community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote the hospital's programs, services, and values.
Create engaging content for a variety of platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and external publications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of key messages.
Plan and execute public relations activities to build positive relationships with media outlets and influencers.
Manage internal communication channels and provide support to departments in their communication efforts.
Analyze communication metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adopt innovative techniques to enhance communication efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies across various platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clear and concise messages.
Proficiency in using communication and design software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
