Role and Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the planning, development, and execution of property development projects.
Analyze potential opportunities and assess feasibility, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Monitor and ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control measures to maintain high project standards.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in property development, project management, or a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of construction, real estate, and building regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in project management software tools.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
