Position: Guest Services Specialist

Job Description:

Provide top-notch customer service to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Assist in reservations and booking arrangements
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on guest interactions
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior experience in the service industry with a focus on customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences
Familiarity with reservation management systems preferred
