Position: Sustainable Hospitality Ambassador

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sustainable Hospitality Ambassador. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our efforts to transform the restaurant and hotel industry in Aragon. By promoting environmentally responsible practices and encouraging social impact initiatives, you will contribute to the region's sustainable development.

Your responsibilities:

Engage with local businesses in the hospitality sector and raise awareness about the importance of sustainability.
Provide guidance and support to restaurant and hotel owners/managers in implementing eco-friendly practices.
Promote ethical sourcing and foster relationships with local suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability.
Assist in organizing and participating in events that showcase the positive impact of sustainable hospitality.
Create educational materials and deliver workshops/seminars on sustainable practices to industry professionals and the public.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the restaurant/hotel industry or related fields.
A genuine passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and influence others.
Knowledge of eco-friendly practices and current trends in sustainable hospitality.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Flexibility to travel within Aragon and occasionally beyond.
