Position: Natural Resource Specialist

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research and field studies to assess the impact of agricultural activities on natural resources
Develop and implement strategies for sustainable land-use practices
Evaluate environmental risks and provide recommendations for mitigation and conservation
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Design and deliver training programs on sustainable farming practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management or natural resource conservation
Strong knowledge of South African environmental legislation and regulations
Proficiency in conducting environmental impact assessments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
