We are Hiring: Community Development Specialist
Role Overview:
- Work closely with local communities, businesses, and organizations to identify and address their needs
- Develop and implement community development programs and initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration between various stakeholders to enhance community well-being
- Evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide support and guidance to community leaders and volunteers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in community development or a related role
- Strong understanding of community dynamics and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
- Passionate about making a positive impact on communities
