Position: Wellness Consultant

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to fill the position of Wellness Consultant at Bethesda Softworks. As a Wellness Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support related to health and well-being. Your role will involve fostering a workplace environment that promotes a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance for our valued employees.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives that support employee health and well-being.
Create and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and educational materials on various wellness topics.
Assess the needs of the workforce to tailor wellness programs accordingly.
Collaborate with human resources to integrate wellness initiatives into employee benefits packages.
Conduct individual consultations and provide personalized wellness recommendations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in wellness coaching, healthcare consulting, or a related field.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
