Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team of architects, engineers, and designers to develop innovative and sustainable architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects in the Arctic region.
Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and visual representations of architectural designs for presentations and client approvals.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications during the design and construction phases.
Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and cost estimations for construction projects.
Participate in client meetings to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and contribute to the planning and design process.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an architectural designer with a focus on Nordic designs.
Proficient in architectural design software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient architectural practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Degree in Architecture or a related field.
