We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field of infrastructure and engineering.
Utilize various sourcing methods to build a talent pipeline and ensure a strong candidate pool.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry professionals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the field of talent acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the infrastructure or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
