Position: Project Development Manager

Responsibilities

Lead projects from conception to completion, overseeing every aspect of development
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines
Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and permits
Supervise and mentor a team of professionals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and codes
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages considered an asset
