As we continue to grow, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Innovation and Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract qualified candidates
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to optimize recruitment efforts
Implement employer branding strategies to enhance the department's reputation and attract diverse talent
Collaborate with HR team to onboard and integrate new employees successfully
Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective recruitment techniques and best practices
Manage and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Passionate about innovation, with a keen eye for identifying new trends and technologies in recruitment
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Proficient in using recruitment software and databases
Highly ethical and committed to fair and unbiased recruitment practices
Fluency in written and spoken English
