As we continue to grow, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Innovation and Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to optimize recruitment efforts
  • Implement employer branding strategies to enhance the department's reputation and attract diverse talent
  • Collaborate with HR team to onboard and integrate new employees successfully
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Manage and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Passionate about innovation, with a keen eye for identifying new trends and technologies in recruitment
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and databases
  • Highly ethical and committed to fair and unbiased recruitment practices
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
