Position: Sustainability and Impact Coordinator

Job Purpose:

As a Sustainability and Impact Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's sustainability strategy and ensuring the integration of responsible practices throughout our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to drive initiatives that reduce our environmental impact, promote social responsibility, and enhance our community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance our corporate social responsibility efforts
Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and certifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable practices
Measure and track environmental key performance indicators (KPIs)
Coordinate community outreach programs and promote employee involvement in social initiatives
Evaluate and optimize the supply chain to reduce environmental footprint
Research and recommend sustainable packaging solutions
Identify opportunities for partnerships with local environmental organizations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or a related field
Previous experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or related fields is preferred
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Passionate about sustainable practices and making a positive impact
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team
