We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Personal Care Specialists. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative products and services. You will work closely with our research and development team to ensure that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our portfolio of personal care products
Provide expertise and guidance to customers regarding product selection and usage
Conduct informative demonstrations and share knowledge about the benefits of our products
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvements or new product ideas
Collaborate with different departments, including marketing and sales, to drive product success
Participate in product training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Prior experience in the beauty or skincare industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
