Director of Hospitality Operations

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Director of Hospitality Operations. In this role, you will oversee and manage the operations of our high-quality dining establishments and lodging facilities. You will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability and maintaining excellent standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and enhance the overall guest experience
Ensuring a high level of service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Managing the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of a diverse team
Creating and executing impactful marketing initiatives to drive business growth
Monitoring financial performance and budgets to achieve revenue and profit targets
Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven track record of success in restaurant/hotel management or a similar role
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong business acumen and the ability to make strategic decisions
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology
