Position: Wellness Advocate

Responsibilities:

Engage with individuals requiring support, providing them with guidance and assistance in maintaining their overall well-being.
Conduct thorough assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized wellness plans.
Offer educational sessions on topics related to self-care, mental health, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.
Organize and participate in community health promotion programs.
