Position Overview

As a Wellness Experience Curator at Corsica Eco-Tours, you will play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable wellness experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for designing and curating a range of wellness activities, treatments, and programs, with a focus on fostering personal transformation and holistic rejuvenation.

Responsibilities

Create and manage an extensive repertoire of wellness experiences that cater to diverse guest needs.
Collaborate with external experts, such as yoga instructors, nutritionists, and holistic therapists, to develop innovative programs.
Ensure the seamless operation of wellness facilities and services, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
Conduct insightful research on industry trends, emerging therapies, and wellness practices to stay updated and enhance guest offerings.
Promote and market wellness experiences to potential guests through various channels, including digital platforms, collaborations, and partnerships.
Deliver exceptional guest service, providing guidance, information, and personalized suggestions to enhance their overall experience.
Monitor and analyze guest feedback to constantly improve and refine offerings.
Maintain accurate records, including guest profiles, feedback, and revenue data.
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a harmonious and seamless overall guest experience.

Qualifications
