About the Role: Culinary Sustainability Champion
We are seeking a Culinary Sustainability Champion who will be responsible for driving our restaurant industry towards a more sustainable and responsible future. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sustainable culinary practices within our organization
- Researching and promoting locally sourced, organic ingredients
- Collaborating with top chefs and industry experts to create innovative, environmentally-friendly menu options
- Participating in community outreach programs related to food sustainability
- Identifying opportunities for reducing waste and implementing recycling initiatives
- Supporting our commitment to social responsibility and philanthropic initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the culinary industry
- A passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
- Knowledge of eco-friendly culinary practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- An ability to think creatively and drive innovation
- Fluent in English and Spanish
