Now Hiring: Education and Development Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Education and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our employees, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Your Responsibilities

Design and deliver educational programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge
Create engaging training materials and resources
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant content
Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars on various topics related to Beauty/Healthcare
Support new employees through onboarding and orientation programs
Assess training effectiveness and make necessary improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Prior experience in adult education and training
Strong knowledge of the Beauty/Healthcare industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for helping others
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
