What You'll Do:

Develop and implement innovative recipes and menu items
Stay updated on emerging food trends and incorporate them into our offerings
Create a unique dining experience by blending flavors, textures, and presentation
Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction
Assess and improve existing menu items based on customer feedback and market demands
Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and sourcing high-quality ingredients
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards

What We're Looking For:

Passion for culinary arts and a drive to constantly push the boundaries
Previous experience as a chef or in a similar role
Creativity and ability to think outside the box
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of local and international cuisines
Current food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
