Position: Sustainable HR Specialist
Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our sustainability and social responsibility goals.
- Design and manage sustainable recruitment processes to attract qualified professionals who share our values.
- Create and deliver training programs on sustainable HR practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting fair and ethical employment practices.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and enhance initiatives focused on employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments of HR practices and propose improvements.
- Monitor and report on HR performance indicators related to sustainability and social responsibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices for sustainable HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR roles with a focus on sustainability or corporate social responsibility preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of environmental issues.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
