Position: Sustainable HR Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our sustainability and social responsibility goals.
Design and manage sustainable recruitment processes to attract qualified professionals who share our values.
Create and deliver training programs on sustainable HR practices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting fair and ethical employment practices.
Collaborate with departments to develop and enhance initiatives focused on employee well-being and work-life balance.
Conduct environmental impact assessments of HR practices and propose improvements.
Monitor and report on HR performance indicators related to sustainability and social responsibility.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices for sustainable HR.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
Prior experience in HR roles with a focus on sustainability or corporate social responsibility preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of environmental issues.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Spanish and English.
