We are currently hiring for the position of Program Manager - Community Development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community development programs in collaboration with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.
Identify community needs and assess the impact of existing programs.
Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and partners to strengthen strategic alliances and secure funding for community development initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and funding proposals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in program management, preferably in community development or related fields.
Strong knowledge of government policies, regulations, and processes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and integrity.
