About the Role: Sustainable Development Analyst

As a Sustainable Development Analyst at Suez, you will play a crucial role in assessing and improving the environmental, economic, and societal aspects of our projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders and oversee the integration of sustainable practices into our operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Evaluate the impact of projects on the environment, local communities, and the economy.
Identify opportunities for sustainable initiatives and propose strategies for their implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with regional sustainability goals.
Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives and key performance indicators.
Engage with local government bodies, NGOs, and community leaders to promote sustainable development practices.
Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and optimize sustainability efforts.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability studies, or a related field.
Experience working in the governmental/nonprofit sector, with a strong understanding of related policies and frameworks.
Proven track record in undertaking sustainability assessments and managing sustainability projects.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for sustainability and a drive to make a positive impact on the Centre-Val de Loire region.
