We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Currently, we have an opportunity for a talented Culinary Craftsmanship Specialist to complement our kitchen staff.
Your Role
- Create and innovate culinary creations, showcasing Bavarian cuisine
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and concepts
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Manage inventory and ingredient sourcing
- Train and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong passion for culinary arts
- Extensive knowledge of Bavarian cuisine and its traditional cooking techniques
- Attention to detail and creativity in food preparation and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High level of cleanliness, organization, and food safety knowledge
