Job Title: Sustainable Development Project Coordinator

Job Description:

Create and oversee sustainable development initiatives within the company's operations
Coordinate and implement projects related to environmental awareness, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable materials sourcing
Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure sustainable practices are implemented throughout the supply chain
Conduct research on the latest sustainable construction and real estate practices
Develop and maintain partnerships with nonprofit organizations and governmental bodies to promote environmental initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the progress of sustainability projects to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Stay updated on relevant sustainability trends and emerging technologies in the construction and real estate industry

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development, Environmental Studies, or a related field
Previous experience in project coordination or sustainability management
Strong knowledge of sustainable construction and real estate practices
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in environmental impact assessment methodologies
Passion for sustainable development and social responsibility
Fluency in English and Italian
