Rhode Island Supreme Court is a leading legal institution committed to upholding justice and safeguarding constitutional rights. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Elite Legal Team as a Constitutional Rights Advocate.

Position: Constitutional Rights Advocate (Government/Nonprofit)

Responsibilities:

Advocate for constitutional rights of individuals and organizations
Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and appeals
Draft and review legal documents, briefs, and memos
Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals
Stay updated on emerging legal issues and legislative changes
Engage in outreach and education activities to raise awareness of constitutional rights

Requirements:

Law degree from an accredited institution
Admission to the Rhode Island Bar
Proven experience in constitutional law
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Passion for defending constitutional rights and promoting justice
