About the Role

Siemens Industry, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Technical Solutions Architect to spearhead our Smart Cities Initiative. As the Advanced Technical Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing groundbreaking technologies that optimize city operations.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive technical solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, and industry experts to devise advanced technical solutions that enhance city infrastructure, sustainability, and resilience.
Lead cutting-edge projects: Drive the execution of complex smart city projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget requirements, and quality standards.
Provide technical expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices related to smart city development.
Develop strategic partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with government bodies, non-profit organizations, and industry leaders to create a collaborative ecosystem for advancing smart city initiatives.
Support business development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential growth opportunities, contribute to proposals, and participate in client presentations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical solution architecture, preferably in the context of smart city initiatives.
Strong understanding of government processes, regulations, and funding mechanisms related to urban development.
Proven track record of successfully implementing complex technical solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
