Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Role:

Identify and attract top-quality candidates for our clients by utilizing various sourcing strategies
Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
