Your Role: Community Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Community Development Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Western Australia while bringing your expertise and passion for community development to the forefront.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage strategic community development initiatives
Cultivate partnerships with local organizations and government agencies
Identify and oversee community-based projects that align with our company's mission and values
Facilitate community engagement programs and events
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of community development projects
Monitor and evaluate the impact of community initiatives

Requirements:

Advanced degree in community development, social sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in community engagement and project management
Strong understanding of government and nonprofit sectors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Passion for making a positive social impact
