Your Role: Community Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic community development initiatives
- Cultivate partnerships with local organizations and government agencies

Requirements:
- Advanced degree in community development, social sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience in community engagement and project management
- Strong understanding of government and nonprofit sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
