Responsibilities:

Design and implement strategies to promote growth and development within the organization
Identify and collaborate with stakeholders to create initiatives that benefit the community
Stay updated on relevant government policies and regulations that impact the operations of the organization
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees
Facilitate workshops and seminars to educate the community on various topics related to growth and development
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our growth initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Development)
Prior experience in a similar role within the government or nonprofit sector
Strong understanding of community development principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives
