About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Global Heritage Development Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding HES's international presence and driving our global heritage development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance global engagement and collaboration in the heritage sector.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership projects with international organizations and governments.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of global heritage development programs.
- Lead research and analysis on global heritage trends and best practices.
- Represent HES at international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, nonprofits, and academic institutions.
- Contribute to the development of funding proposals and grant applications for global heritage projects.
- Support the delivery of training programs to enhance global heritage capacity.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as History, Archaeology, Architecture, or International Relations.
- Prior experience working in the heritage sector, with a focus on international projects.
- Proven track record in partnership building and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of global heritage issues, policies, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
