About the Role

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and developing exceptional talent for our organization. You'll be responsible for nurturing a diverse and inclusive workforce, ensuring that HealthPartners remains a place where individuals can thrive and grow.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Review resumes and job applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications
Create and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, promoting our employer branding to attract top talent
Develop and implement onboarding and training programs to support new hires' integration into the organization
Identify opportunities for employee development and design initiatives to enhance skills and foster career growth

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring high-performing professionals
Strong understanding of HR best practices and applicable employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Passion for cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
