Job Description:
- Coordinate and oversee various construction projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Implement and utilize cutting-edge technology to optimize project workflows
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
- Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction or real estate industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., project management software, CAD)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Fluency in English and Swedish
